We wanted to thank the 2 Pauls for their fantastic workmanship in building our decking and surrounding seating. You were very proactive in your approach and identi?ed solutions whenever we came up with seemingly impossible suggestions for changes, etc. You were prompt, hard working and a pleasure to have around. We are really pleased with the outcome - both with regard to the decking and to the seating area. As you know, we found the seating layout hard to envisage at the outset of the job- so thanks for your patience and indeed the practical lengths that you went to to illustrate the options open to us. Good communication with us throughout the project - both in and out of hours, reliable and tidy. It was clear to us that you take an immense pride in getting the job right. We have no hesitation in recommending your services to other potential customers. Thank you once again

The best decking I have ever had! Hello, I would just like to pass on my thanks and congratulations to you for the best decking I have ever had. Millboard samples were spot on to colour, texture and fit. My greatest thanks go to Paul Frampton at the deckingpaul@hotmail.co.uk. and his team mate who supplied and fitted our deck around our summer house. Paul kept in constant contact with arrangements dates and times. He was very accommodating around our working pattern too. Paul is polite, friendly offers ideas, and fair quotes within a few days, he is a credit to the team, and I would highly recommend the product and service from all involved. Kind regards a happy customer

We could not be more pleased We live on Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne in the three story townhouse with timber decks on the ground and first floors. Rain and the salt air had taken their toll on the timber, which was becoming badly decayed. These have just been replaced with Millboard and we are delighted with the result. I felt I had to write to you to say how pleased we are, and how excellent the finished decks appear. Also to say a big thank you to the installers - Timbertech Southern Limited from Hailsham in Sussex, who did a fantastic job quickly and efficiently. It is rare to be able to say that one actually enjoys the company of builders in your home, but that really was the case this time - two friendly and pleasant workers who really inspired confidence in their product. We could not be more pleased.

Yet again they were excellent Thanks again to you both REALLY pleased with everything. If ok with you will get in touch in New year for final phase. You’re both so friendly and deliver a fab service. My ‘go-to’ deckmen! Used this company for a second time to plan and construct another garden decking project - Yet again they were excellent! They actively work with you as their client at the design phase, use quality products and deliver a bespoke, precise end result. Couldn’t ask for more - Thank you!

Fantastic customer service This is just a note to let you know that the work at —————Close, Uckfield, has for all intents and purposes, finally come to an end. As you will know, we did after all select Timbertech Southern to carry out the replacement decking. We would also just like to document that Paul and his co-worker Paul, were extremely professional and respectful during the many days they were here. The overall finish, in our opinion is exemplary, and would state that Timbertech is a great ambassador for Millboard. Both Jacqui and I would like to thank both Millboard and Timbertech for your fantastic customer service. Once the weather stops raining, we hope to send you photos, which we trust will benefit for your marketing portfolio. Once again many thanks for your assistance in this matter.

Thanks again for the great job on the decking Hi Paul, Thanks again for the great job on the decking. We had Timbertech Southern in to fit Millboard decking onto plas pro joists over a difficult uneven old patio & loose concrete area. They did a superb job, really professional preparation and finish, left the site tidy & clean and were a pleasure to have around. We would recommend them unreservedly. Cheers.

We love our new deck! Hi Paul. Thanks for your email. We are absolutely delighted with our new deck...it’s amazing how it’s already transformed how we use our outside space. Everyone is taken aback at how lovely it looks especially the pergola. Roll on next summer we’ll be having loads of barbecues now. Having had two decks in two different homes now built both by you I can vouch for the quality; they look amazing and they are built to last, solid and strong. And you and Paul were lovely to work with; tidy, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We don’t plan to ever move again but if we do and we need a deck I’ll be calling you! Hope you and Paul are both well, we loooove our new deck! Best wishes.

I would not hesitate to recommend I wanted to write to say how delighted I am with the service I received from Paul Frampton and Paul from Timbertech Southern Limited. I found their details on your website listing of recommended installers. Paul quickly responded to my enquiry, visiting the property and discussing the most suitable options for my garden. He is professional, approachable and interested in his customers and I decided based on this to go ahead and use both Millboard and Timbertech Southern to complete the installation. On site both Paul and Paul (yes, they are both called Paul) took the utmost care in bringing the decking and their equipment carefully through the property, as I have no separate access to the rear garden and were a pleasure to have around. They regularly checked in with me to ensure that I was happy with the design and progress and kept me up to date on estimated completion. The finished decking looks fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Paul to other potential customers. Many thanks

Completed to budget & on time Dear Paul, Thanks. The Millboard decking work carried out by Timbertech Southern on our terrace (approx 90 sq meters) was done to an excellent standard by a team of two who were ever good humoured, punctual, tidy and most careful during this logistically difficult contract (since our flat is fifth floor). The work was also completed on budget and on time. The finished job surpasses every imagined preconception of how we thought it would look. Thanks Paul

Very impressive Dear Sirs, - We've just had Millboard decking installed by Mr P Frampton of Timbertech Southern Ltd and we have to say the result is very impressive and completed in a very professional manner, the 3 steps to a raised level which had to be made in a spiral curve between an existing arbour make the approach to the summer house a particular feature. The summer house will be erected next week and I will forward a photograph when complete. Millboard is a great product. Thank You!

Absolutely delighted! Hi Paul, just a quick line to convey a huge thank-you for rebuilding my decking. I am absolutely delighted with it - it has given my garden a new lease of life!! The quality of the materials are superb. We're so pleased I just wanted to let you all know at Millboard how pleased we are with our new decking. Paul Frampton and his team at Deck-Tech have been very good in all aspects from the layout to creating a stunning finish, he is punctual, very clean, so very tidy and his work is second to none, we are extremely pleased with the finish he has installed for us. I would whole heartedly recommend Deck-Tech to anyone who is thinking about using his company for their decking. It’s really refreshing to receive good old honest advise from a tradesman rather than the usual inane drivel. If you use quality tradesmen you will receive the finish you are after, why settle for substandard work when you can use professionals like Deck-Tech. We are so pleased we have booked them to come back and deck in front of our garden cabin. Thank you Deck-Tech! I have attached some photos for your reference and perusal.
